Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for remote employees during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure using enterprise tools
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for global user base
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks during off-peak hours
- Participate in rotating on-call emergency response rotations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Relevant coursework or personal projects in IT infrastructure
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
