Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network connectivity
- Document incident tickets and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Assist with system updates, patch management, and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless cross-functional support
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
