Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise security systems during night shifts and escalate critical incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed audit trails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident response drills
- Deploy and configure endpoint protection solutions
- Analyze security logs using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Participate in threat intelligence research and reporting
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
