Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, servers, and security infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Respond to incident tickets and provide remote technical support to global teams
- Perform system maintenance, backups, and security patch deployments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in cybersecurity drills and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's program
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site rotations
