Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and security tools for anomalies
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system updates and maintenance
- Assist with vulnerability scanning and patch management activities
- Participate in emergency response drills and incident simulations
- Support hardware installations and troubleshooting in data center environments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's program
- Availability to work 40-hour night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification (or pursuing) a plus
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be US citizen eligible for government clearance requirements
