Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 network infrastructure during night shifts
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware, software, and cloud systems
- Document incidents, changes, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and patches
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python/PowerShell
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux systems and networking
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
