Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during night shift operations
- Provide tier-1 technical support for internal and external stakeholders
- Document incident reports and system performance metrics
- Assist with hardware/software deployments and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in cybersecurity drills and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Previous internship or lab experience a plus
