Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for internal systems and client infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Monitor network performance, server health, and security alerts using enterprise tools
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and patch deployments
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows/Linux environments
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms
- Participate in cross-departmental projects during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for late-night commute
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
