Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees resolving hardware/software issues
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports, system logs, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related degree program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work 4x 10-hour night shifts per week (6 PM - 4 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
