Responsibilities

- Train junior staff on IT best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site duties)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
