- Monitor and maintain network systems during night hours to ensure 24/7 operational integrity
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal stakeholders and remote clients
- Document incident reports, system logs, and resolution procedures
- Deploy security patches and updates during low-traffic maintenance windows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via ticketing systems and chat platforms
- Conduct routine system backups and disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (students welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
