Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shifts
- Resolve Tier 1/2 technical tickets via ticketing system
- Perform system backups and security audits
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global support teams during handovers
- Assist with hardware deployments and maintenance
- Participate in after-hours system upgrades
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server/Linux administration
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python)
- Available for 3+ nights/week (minimum 20 hours)
- Must be authorized to work in the US
