- Support system upgrades and patch deployments
- Provide remote assistance to global team members
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment pickups)
- Previous internship or coursework in networking preferred
