Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot server infrastructure during night hours
- Document incident tickets, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and security protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with user account management and access control systems
- Participate in after-hours system maintenance and deployment projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
