Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve system alerts during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot network, server, and application issues using diagnostic tools
- Document incident reports and maintenance logs in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover and follow-up
- Participate in system patching and scheduled maintenance windows
- Test and deploy software updates in staging environments
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and threat response protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semesters
