Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and servers
- Document incident tickets using ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global IT teams on system updates and security patches
- Conduct routine hardware/software audits and preventative maintenance
- Train on emerging technologies like AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Participate in cross-departmental IT improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (students welcome)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
