Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night operations
- Document incident tickets and system performance metrics
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and system updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Train on enterprise systems including Windows Server and cloud platforms
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, 3-4 nights weekly
