Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure using monitoring tools
- Document technical issues and solutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (12 AM - 8 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
