Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Resolve Tier 1/2 technical tickets via ticketing system
- Perform system backups and security patch implementations
- Document incident reports and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Assist with hardware/software deployment projects
- Participate in overnight system testing and validation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or IT-related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently overnight (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site needs
