Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Respond to and resolve IT service tickets via ticketing systems within SLA
- Perform system backups, security scans, and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operations
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Assist with hardware/software installations and configurations
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills with logical problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 40 hours/week (overnight shifts: 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
