Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software systems during night shifts
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers and cloud services
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security patches
- Assist with data backup and disaster recovery operations
- Participate in after-hours system maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Associate's/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking principles
