Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for 200+ enterprise users
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Perform routine server maintenance and security audits
- Support cloud infrastructure deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available 3-4 nights per week (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site support)
