Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) security protocols
- Collaborate with global teams on network optimization projects
- Document incident reports and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in disaster recovery drills and cybersecurity simulations
- Assist with hardware deployment and software patch management
- Support cross-functional teams during critical system updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with academic standing for college credit eligibility
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and basic networking concepts
