Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support during night shift hours for 500+ employees
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, network devices, and cloud systems
- Document incident reports, system updates, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams on security patch deployments and system upgrades
- Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance tasks
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting procedures and tools
- Respond to emergency outages with SLA-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (students welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment retrieval
