Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and user inquiries
- Document incident reports and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams on system updates and troubleshooting
- Assist with server maintenance, backups, and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
- Complete assigned training modules and certification prep
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (June-August)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with remote support tools preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Ability to work independently in a 24/7 environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
