Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network systems during night shift operations
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets via ticketing system
- Perform system backups, updates, and security checks overnight
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day shift team on system optimization projects
- Assist with hardware/software deployment and testing
- Participate in emergency incident response protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
