Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve security alerts during night operations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system maintenance and updates
- Assist with disaster recovery simulations and backup verification
- Support user onboarding and training initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Availability for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) during Summer/Fall semester
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service aptitude
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to work independently in a 24/7 environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
