Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night operations
- Document incident tickets and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and patches
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and threat response
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Train on proprietary systems and enterprise tools
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Available for 3+ night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
