Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Document incident reports and troubleshooting procedures using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security patches
- Conduct system health checks and performance optimization tasks
- Assist with user account management and access control implementations
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for critical incidents
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with IT service management practices (ITIL preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall semester
