Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document incident reports and system logs in compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Implement security patches and vulnerability assessments
- Provide remote technical support to global teams

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT program (college credit required)

- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
