Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network security systems including firewalls and intrusion detection
- Document incident reports using ITSM tools and knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on system updates and maintenance windows
- Assist with hardware deployment, asset inventory management, and software patching
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and compliance audits
- Contribute to IT process improvement projects using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification desirable
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
