Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for internal employees via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Execute scheduled system backups, security scans, and performance optimization tasks
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and cross-functional projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and threat response drills
- Assist with hardware/software deployment and asset inventory management
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site rotations
- Available to work 3-4 overnight shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
