Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for internal systems and client infrastructure
- Monitor network security systems and escalate critical incidents
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system updates
- Perform preventative maintenance on servers and network equipment
- Conduct end-user training for new technology deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (IT/CS preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
