Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shifts
- Monitor and maintain network security systems
- Assist with server administration and cloud infrastructure tasks
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Participate in after-hours system maintenance and patch deployments
- Train on enterprise tools like Cisco, VMware, and Active Directory
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site requirements)
