Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor and maintain server systems during overnight operations
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates

- Perform system backups and data recovery tasks
- Train on enterprise software (MS Azure, Active Directory)
Qualifications
