Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Track network performance and server health during overnight hours to ensure seamless operations.
- Ticket Resolution: Assist in triaging and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 IT support tickets submitted by internal employees.
- Hardware Support: Perform hardware installations, configurations, and basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system.
- Security Compliance: Assist in enforcing IT security protocols and conducting routine security audits during the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliability: Proven ability to work independently and maintain a high level of focus during night shifts.
