Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Resolve Tier 1/2 technical support tickets via ticketing systems
- Perform system backups and security audits
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-continental projects
- Assist with hardware deployments and server maintenance
- Participate in monthly cybersecurity drills
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Previous helpdesk/internship experience a plus
- Must have reliable transportation for late-night commute
