Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to remote and on-site employees
- Document incident reports and resolution protocols in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and patches
- Perform security vulnerability scans and report anomalies
- Assist with disaster recovery simulations and testing
- Participate in knowledge base documentation creation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification a plus
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
