Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for remote and onsite users
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with global IT teams using ticketing systems
- Perform system backups and security patch deployments
- Support hardware installations and configurations

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in computer science, IT, or related program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
