Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document incident tickets and knowledge base articles using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and security patching
- Conduct periodic system health checks and performance optimization
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability scanning
- Train on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available for 3+ months, minimum 20 hours/week
