Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets and system alerts during the night shift.
- Assist end-users with hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and updates to ensure network security and stability.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and cable management tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows and basic knowledge of Linux or Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
