You will work directly with senior engineers to resolve technical tickets, perform system maintenance, and document your findings. Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets via the Help Desk system during night hours.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security scans on assigned workstations.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing database accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transfer escalated tickets and ensure continuity of service.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and network peripherals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
