Our night operations are critical to maintaining our 24/7 service level agreements. As an intern, you will work closely with senior engineers and support leads to ensure seamless system performance during off-hours. Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and system alerts during the night shift.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal clients and external partners.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Conduct routine system health checks and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand off critical issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Participate in nightly security audits and vulnerability scanning protocols.
- Provide exceptional written and verbal communication to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic operating systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
