Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network performance, and system alerts during night operations.
- Triage and resolve Level 1 IT support tickets submitted by remote employees and night staff.
- Conduct routine security patches, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and issue escalation.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations for new hires.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Students Welcome).
- Strong interest in networking, hardware troubleshooting, or software support.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web technologies is a plus.
