Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory systems and perform cycle counts during overnight shifts
- Coordinate warehouse logistics and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, scanners) with proper certification
- Document operational metrics and generate shift performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college program (Supply Chain, Operations, or Business preferred)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
