Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate nightly replenishment activities
- Support warehouse automation systems during peak operational hours
- Assist in documenting operational workflows and efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Contribute to safety compliance audits and process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports using proprietary software

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (Sophomore/Junior status preferred)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally as needed
