Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize night shift inventory workflows using WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent order processing
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Support warehouse automation system maintenance and calibration
- Document shift reports and compliance records
- Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen events
- Train on OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business program
- Basic proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (32+ hours)
