Responsibilities
- Monitor operational workflows during night shift hours and document process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve urgent operational issues

- Support inventory management and logistics coordination for 24/7 supply chain
- Train night shift staff on new technologies and compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
