- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for night shift workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing Operations, Logistics, or related field
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) 3-4 days per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
