Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics during night shifts to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document and report daily operations data using proprietary software systems
- Support inventory management processes including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Assist in implementing process improvements identified through night shift analysis
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards during all shift activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college program (Sophomore/Junior status preferred)
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on a night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for shift handovers
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous internship or part-time experience preferred
